POWERFIT

Power fit is a supervised group exercise session designed to improve strength, power, build muscle & loose body fat. This is a very unique training system that has been developed by coaches working in elite sport.

Power fit is open to people of all fitness levels and a very effective way to change your physical appearance.

This is a very cost effective alternative to personal training; five sessions per week are the same price as one personal training session. We recommend that you attend at least three sessions per week to achieve maximum results. If you are looking for something different, Power Fit is for you!

Casual class: $25   10 visit card $190
Gold member: $50 per week (billed monthly)
